PVP teamtracker

it somehow a bit derived from the npc events in fo2.

faction who seek for pvp are able to activate teamtracker option in faction terminal. so when a defined numbers of members are as a group somewhere (reno..wh.. signal flare encounter.. etc) npc start talking like "faction xy is killing people in reno, someone should stop them".

while activting/deactiving this pvp teamtracker in dialogue it is up to the faction if they want to be found or not (want pvp or not)..

But being serious. That's actually a pretty nice idea. Newbies will stop crying about being killed all the time and those who want PvP will find it. No more camping WM for many hours and other places to fight in than Reno.

1. you kill npcs wherever you spawn so dead npcs won't say anything
2. with few additional pvp activites after wipe there will be new global messages so don't worry you will find your pvp
