how do I report hacking? observer and overseer both blatently hacking in ncr electric knockback aura and infinite hitpoints, just died and lost all my stuff and a quest item cuz of this, who else saw this?

There was no hackers. It was me.
I tested new admin features. Needed free testers, founded in NCR, thanks for your participation.
I am so sorry, if you lost some stuff, sometimes bad things happens while test hazardous features.

Shit happens, this is unfortunate and i feel rather bad for the new guy, but this is beneficial in some ways. A) without even any thought, he will not want to bring stuff to ncr.
My question is, if fixing robot is junktown quest, why did you have the part in ncr? Quest involves junktown, hub, and back to junktown

The guy sorted it for me in the end and my quest was completed sucsessfully, .many thanks. I was going to ncr to buy some tools to help with another quest kind of silly looking back and I will be more careful in the future :-)
