Fast Shot shouldn't affect Close Combat.
You don't get -1AP in CC so you should be able to aim your CC attacks.

I hope you don't forget that Fast Shot -> +5dmg for those weapons that have aim.

Its +5 final dmg no matter what weapon

Yeah, either mechanics have bug or they should change description to fast shot trait :P

Then its just description fail because you can deal damage to living by EMP granades with it
