Character builds / Need some build advice

I used to play FOnline:2238 but im kinda strange to reloaded so a little advice might come in handy
I'm going to begin with rifles and then go with some big guns like minigun-im going to be the hwguy
I'm also going to be a faction member, not a barter or anything like that
I am thinking of this build;

P:9
E:10
C:2
I:4
A:10
L:4
Big guns
First aid
Outdoorsman
Small frame
Bonehead
So what do you guys think?

Good game,good multiplayer 10/10 will try to do a settlement tomorrow again

Closed bugs / My friends game crashes when we try to trade

When we try to trade the message box below appears on my friends game.What should we do?When we open the trade it does not crash but when i add something to the barter window it crashes.

I ran the updater and the missing textures has been fixed.But me and my friend are experiencing another problem right now.We can't scroll through the local map.I mean,you know when you put your mouse at the top of the screen it has to go upwards but it does not now.What should we do?
