I was with 5 of my buds and we were camping in the New Reno Arms basement, while I jumped back and forth to check if the footlocker spawned anything new...I saw a guy in a red robes, ran down and told them to prepare themselves...and this is what happened.

This is only the part of the long which I was able to witness, but it is enough to give you the picture.

We talked to the guy later, and found out he had 90% or so damage resist and was like level 190. Now, I understand that he has invested a lot of time in the game and that he has to be powerful, equipped with a bozar, a red bridge-keepers robes and a BOS helmet. BUT HOW, HOW can ANYONE be powerful enough to survive multiple bursts from multiple XL70E3 rifles, several rockets to the face AND be continuously shot at with a light support weapon, then turning and one-shot killing us, more or less?

You can't forever put up excuses such as "The Wasteland is a tough place" and such. Some things in this game need serious re-balancing, the Russian invasion also needs to be dealt with. People are ruining your game, Killgore. Are you just going to watch and let them do it?

Tanking is OP. But might get a slight nerf.

Full on damage perks will make tanks take a whooping
15 damage.

2 from eye critical from a sniper if lucky. Still blind and knocked and probs won't happen often.

Really IMO we should just remove  ALL tanking perks then the game would have more variety in stats and combat.

Don't forget implants + Perks + Armor. Makes all the difference. And Due to tanks Cripple Builds have more use than burst fire builds (That aren't tanks.)

looks like you used JHP ammo, thats why you was doing that low damage, always use AP ammo in PvP

level doesnt gives him any advantage, except hit chance and cooldown on FA/DOC
bridgekeeper robe isnt any rare
his DR is mostly from implants, perks, drugs.. nothing special and 90% DR doesnt really mean that hes taking 10% dmg, dont forget about -DR mod on ammo and that there are also other damage types then normal

Seki is right, Personally I have 2 bursted tanks with the XL with AP ammo. The ammo type makes all the difference

We were all using guns (which do normal damage) and uh...I asked them before AND after the fight which ammo they were using. I believe almost all, if not all of us were using AP. x'D

it is not possible to burst someone with XL with AP ammo for that nodmg/4-5dmg even if he would have +5dt +10dr bridgekeeper robe
that 39 was RL i guess
