There are several ways to achieve progress in the game. Here I am offering one to help new players. Feel free to copy, edit and share with your faction or friends.

Took a quick look at it.
I'm impressed, very nice guide. Honestly stuff like this deserves to be stickied.
What you are still missing is an explanation for everything on the hud, how AC works, controls etc. Add that, and you got one hell of a newbie guide (aside of the UV stuff).

Good to see this shared, hopefully many newbies will learn from this.

Looks pretty good, but what I noticed is...
1. Go to http://hispanicosfonline.blogspot.com.br/p/downloads_17.html
2. Click on Software to edit Videos (Bottom of the page)
3. Read filename of uploaded .rar

Anyway, nice guide. +
