What to join - BoS, Enclave or slavers?

Hello all.

I'm a "new" player (started new account some weeks ago, though, I played for some time in 2238, then apparently it was shut down) and, after some days of equipment and exp farming, I finally decided that it was time to join a faction- just to search for different quests to do and stuff.

I was undecided if to make my character a slaver, BoS or Enclave. What's better? Did they add new quests in the Enclave? Should I try my luck with a player faction instead? The wiki is a bit empty regarding faction informations, so, I thought that maybe you people could throw me an advice. Throw me an advice, please

There is only 4 NPC factions. Enclave, BoS, Vault City and Raiders.

Join slavers, then ask to join some player driven faction.

Does the Enclave faction have some quests, like the BoS, or after bringing Chris (Chris?) 60 Energy cells there's nothing else to do?
