Anyone got a good small guns pvp build?

My last build was terrible, and im looking for someone to help me with that. I have only played for 3 days so im still kind of a noob. I have tried using the Character planner but it made me a bit confused, so any help would be appreciated

If you barely started playing, PvP isn't good for you...
