Are all of these in 100% condition?

Almost all of the weapons should be 100%.  Those that were taken from caves like Little Jesus and Louisville Slugger might be a bit less because they were from caves but can be repaired back to 100.

Yes.  I'm looking for improved flamers with the -1AP quality and while I know these are craftable, I'm more than willing to trade my rare items for them but not likely on a 1 to 1 basis depending upon what it is.
