I think all rare weapons should Have boost :g11/g11e/vindicator/turbo plasma rifle (+10crit roll)

Since it`s a rare weapon I think it should have a much bigger damage in comparison to it`s common equivalent. Or even have a different weapon perk (for example T plasma rifle should have a penetrate perk instead of long range).

When I played Fonline 2238 I remember there was a lot of 3d armours/weapons/animations etc made for Fonline engine, with the final goal of making every player character a fully customizable 3d model. What about it, was the project abandoned?

And when it comes to ammo, you need to remember that certain ammo (like .44 jhp) increases targets DR, so if you add that AND the 30% increase from finesse, the damage you deal to a NPC is close to nothing.
I would recommend using finesse only with AP weapons and ammo, like the 14mm pistol: http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/wiki/index.php?title=14mm_AP
Also try using wiki next time, it`s realy not that hard :p

It`s working fine, you just need to wait a while (for me 10 minutes) for some files to download. If it`s longer delete all files from the data/cache folder and try again.
