First of all i making this theard to get attention of Mika A Noire, because she often wrote her opinion in suggestion. No, i kiddin'... Or no, who knows?
Okey, now, the main idea of this theard comes from two special encounters - medical clinic and a factory. This places are abandoned but... Why not using them again? Okey, my idea is add specialist-npc like companions - people who you can meet on map, in few places, chemist, worker, etc. They cannot fight, but they will be allowed to craft - just like you. So you bring them to factory, or medical clinic - let's say that they'll be possible to build like other things - and order them to craft something - let say chemist can craft all things from "doctor" specialization for 50% of cost's (1 stimpak to make 2 super stimpak, etc), but it'll be slower than if player craft it (well, let say 1 crafting item per minute). In factory you can craft weapons, ammo, etc. Of course you don't get exp for it, but...
But sometimes ago Kilgore said he add player-shop (like in fonline2). So when you can make factory and when shops finally appere in game then you can set-up caravan from factory to your shop. It'll be energy boost for economy in game, when people can craft stuff for other people, etc. And it'll be fun part to be boss of post apocaliptic medic industries.
