Implants obtaining

I've got simple question - is there any way to get those implants EXCEPT for occasional auctions organized by GMs?

Some were won on GM's events, apart from that there's no way to get them at the moment. They should be obtainable from Dungeons, but noone knows when's that going to hit.

Yup GM events, and those special auctions are now only way to get implants.
Dungeons are still WIP, we really don't know when they are out.

And of course, players sell some useless implants on the forums.
