Guys,can you explain to me i found on wiki some info that every player need one item(just forgot the name of this item)to buy some cars ?is that still actual?thanks

for certain cars you need a fuel cell controller, but the ones you can buy in reno don't require one.

Thanks a lot.so if i want to buy police car i can buy it without fuel cell cintroller only once,if i want to buy other cars that requiered this item- i will need to have it ?

there are 2 options :
in junkyard you can buy vehicles for FCC and caps
in new reno you can buy different vehicles for caps only
