Title: ENCLAVE OIL RIG

ENCLAVE OIL RING so as the name says, how about put an oil ring where it was (on see) but not the same (a level for vertibirds )
and lover level for trade (lots of mercs with good stuff for big money) and a trading place for people who has a vertibird.
and fief mercs that u can put items and name ther price in caps (and if somebody will buy it u can go there and colect the money with ofc 10% fee from merc. (good place for events).
Also this woud bring a need of vertibirds and trading them woud be comon (or tansporting for money, like form better grounds to a envlave oil ring) trip ther for example 20 k :D this woud be fun and bring a game alive, right now there was a wipe but server is still dead beacue not all changes that was about to bre made are done meybe 10 % in my opinion).

What do You think?

oil rig can be used this way, quiet new idea.
But I would rather see it as special event place...

New dungeon for vertbird & boat users could also work. Anyway it's RIG not RING.

Or yes a Dungon ! like Frank horiggan at the end (but to enter a room with him all player must have at least level 50.
for exeple he woud spawn implants only and u can do it ones a month in real life (per char)

-1 for  implants rewards  in public dungeons. we had this in previous season - no place for solo players.

Enclave OIL rig dungeon for high level players with vertibirds would be great. I suggest making multiple landing zones that all have entrances to the main rig in order to prevent camping of the entrance however.

Everything suggested can be done at Navarro or a dozen other sites just as easily.....
I'd LOVE to see the oil rig brought in (and Arroyo, V-13, etc), but this doesn't seem like a good fit.....

Then lets take it up a notch. Extremely difficult dungeon, the prize for fully completing it is the ability to pay someone, (probably someone at the docks in San Francisco) to fix it up and then you can use it as a faction base. It wouldn't replace the dungeon of course, just give you your own private instance in the same manner as the abandoned bunker, although a hell of a lot more expensive I imagine. On that note, I'd like to suggest beached ships as faction bases as well...
Alternatively if the oil rig itself seems a little too much, have it be something like, "Since you cleared out that old Enclave oil rig we did a little studying and though you messed it up pretty bad we think we can salvage enough to make you your own ocean headquarters.... Though why you'd want to be out there is beyond me." and make it a smaller, scrappier version.

The whole point is that all of this should only be available to factions with access to Vertibirds. It's for fun and roleplaying purposes, not because it would be tremendously useful in some way. Well, other than technically being a bit more defensible.

So you just made a scrapheap base out in the ocean... Not necessarily what anyone here had in mind, unless it actually changes the instance accordingly to the terrain.

Oh man, and add any bell and whistle, like a reactor to rebuild/repair/refuel, a genny to r/r/r, and every crafting bench (except AWB and medical, I know, no need to say)....
