Crit Sniper Build?

I haven't played Reloaded before, would this be possible? And if So what perks should I look out for, I'm probably going to need drugs with 3 strength, and cigs, if those increase PE

Since there is no level cap for skill points I would suggest dropping Intellect down to 3 and putting points in Endurance and Perception.

So, what is terrible about this build?

SPECIAL
- why 3 st ? 1 is enough for SG sniper
- sniper needs at least 8 pe + sharpshooter to have 50 hex sight which is range of sniper rifle but i recommend you 9 + cigs + sharpshooter = 12 pe (to spot enemies from longer range and to have max hit chance at max range)
- too low endurance, all fighting builds (pve too) should have at least 9 en
- why 7 IN, there is no level cap and leveling is VERY easy by buying private mine and then crafting power servos from those resources, 2 IN is enough for sniper

DRUGS
-buffout is not needed, cigs and nuka are enough for sniper (+ you can also use jet)

PERKS looks ok
- you putted "?" to right between the eyes.. you need to chose between 2 options :
1. crippler shooting hands/legs, dont need RBTE but need finesse
2. dmger shooting eyes, need RBTE, dont need finesse
- you can pick lifegivers instead of action boy but action boy is very good too, its on you

SKILLS
SG 300 is must have for 1 ST build as i said leveling is too easy,
doctor 100-200 (100 minimum)
rest is optionable, fa/outdoorsman are very useful but you can use stims instead of fa

it is possible to make 12pe, 9en, 10 ag, 10lk sniper (without implants/bonus from armor)

Seki, why do you reccomend 9 endurance? don't you get the same hp per level with 8 endurance?

I can greatly recommand Seki's tips, the crippler build that he gave me is a lot of fun.

so a sniper is still good even without rbte? thought about taking as perks: lifegiver, sharpshooter, better crits, 2x action boys, brof, more & even more crits. if rbte is so important i would take it instead of one action boy or lifegiver (but it would be very very squishy then)

IF you are doing an eye sniper, take RBTE, if you want a crippler, take finesse
