Remove the PVP first rule or at least don't PVP people who are running away (Cowering in fear xD) after a member yells RUN or similar statements on the world map.

If it gets changed I'll give 20 ECM to who ever is in charge if they want it. Then B.E.T.A. will set their reputation towards to the Dukes to Neutral. The ammo isn't much, but with the recent updates I doubt that the rule change would change anything.

No, I shoot only when they are inside Reno, cause I wont let stupid bluesuit loot stuff for free. If you come to Reno to loot its at your own risk. Also, if you are in another town I will kill you first and if I see you're noob I will let you your stuff so you can come back get it.
