Brahmin carts disabled?

I checked with both sellers, and they seem to not sell them. I'm not a slaver either, so I was unsure if they are unobtainable atm.

6 atm, although last session charisma didn't matter for me unless that was added this session and normally i do need a brahmin, but it would at least open a dialogue box and he would complain that I need a brahmin.

If it isn't working, then maybe your stat points are off. Or we should remove these demands. That dialog you took a screen of, is the old dialog file. I fixed the engrish, but I guess that isn't in game yet.

You can always use mentats, I also think that those demands should be removed. Of course you need brahmin to buy a cart.

In that case there's a bug..... I accidently went to talk to him (rather than the foreman), and he refused to talk to me.
