Did you by any chance made that character yesterday? There was a rollback due to some broken feature.

I meet all the requirements, though I don't want to be labeled as C88 instantly, would it be okay if I joined and participate in some action first?

You forget that centaurs/floaters are not automated on a bot.

Players craft sharpened poles for 24 with a macro for 24 hours and get level 24.

Yeah, I want to see your auto clicker choose perks.. everything taken in consideration it is much, much faster to level up manually. Still experience restriction for basic items could come in handy, because that is nothing compared to what you can do with fibers in base and crafting rope.

within the first 48 hours of the server. The economy is skewed, the balance is broken; any player that missed out will never be able to compete against those who didn't.

Oh please, some rare items that will wind up in player bases as decorations or eventually get used up by fighting are not going to break economy, neither have an impact of the ability to compete. You should be more worried about the cap amount that is distributed by traders, now that affects economy, but it doesn't hurt anybody.

I'd rather just add them near SF as an alternative.

Better than nothing.

Forcing players to go near SF to farm them is a bad thing imo.

But the mess that would go on there!!! ;D

I want to suggest bounty hunter encounters being moved to SF ruin/urban areas. Meaning they would have to be removed from places where they exist now.

There are few good reasons for that. One is to light the activity of TB in a certain area, second is that existing places of bounty hunters are not very suitable for TB (ruins/urban encounters are much interesting places to have fun fights), third reason would be that now they are widespread and can be farmed very safely in areas that are rarely visited for any other purpose other than farming them and that I don't think is enough to boost player interaction. Yeah, I get lots of stuff, but it gets boring because I don't meet any players.

Move Bounty Hunter encounters to SF ruin/urban areas and remove them between Redding/New Reno and Broken Hills/NCR.

Zones you should check out that should have good chances to find Brahmins.

12:1, 31:8, 12:7, 13:27, 13:28, 13:29, 12:17, 12:28(only Brahmins)

There are general areas around Hub, Vault city, NCR, right from Klamath to find Brahmins.

Okay.

Reward is in stuff

It's a strong encounter due to the reward, I'd rather level up doing the activities I find fun than go back to grind centaurs. I can 1 hex Deathclaw and receive the sum of experience or even less than from 1 bounty hunter encounter, lol.

They are awesome.... pretty tough (m60 hurts in TB), though you receive only measly 200 experience per kill. Maybe a buff considering how strong they are?

I will take one. I hope ArmorMKII isn't buying both, in that case I can offer a better price.
