Char respec?

SO I have a start-up/crafter character, but I realize now I built it wrong. I picked good natured, so I cannot owe slaves to work in a private mine. I'd like to respec and tweak her stats a little bit.

What are my options? Is there a way to respec her and not lose all the property I already built with the character ?

There's a reroll feature but dunno how it works. Look on the changelogs.

Haven't tried it yet myself, no guarantees but this should get you on the right track at least.
