I dont really understand how does armor critical chance modifier works. Lets say im wearing a CA mkII, which gives you 10 crit chance mod, then a guy with 5% critical chance hits me. I though he couldnt critically hit me, but he can... So i guess if im wearing that CAmkII his chance to critically hit me is (5*0.9)%= 4.5%
? Any help?
Also crit power modifier should work like better critical perks, but in negative, right?
