Hi i haven't played for a long time but i am thinking about this game often in my free time :D. So i remember that main concern back then was that big fights were only in cities and wasteland were empty just few bluesuits. In order to bring back wasteland to life we should reverse outdorsman skill and give the highest amount skill to lvl 1 and decreasing it gradually after lvl up.In that case newcomers will have more time to adapt and wasteland finally will be alive again ;)

Wild pvp (in random encounters)
There is NO pvp on random encounter only killing bluesuits.There is nothing to fight for on random encounters. Wasteland is dead!

Make small chance (even 0.01%) to get some good stuff( not only on lockers but from some odd mobs or caves)or compeltely remove good items from the game. Make wasteland crowded again thats the only cure !

I think most most important thing is that wasteland are very very deserted, cause of the fact that only worth place to play pvp, are big cities.You cant meet fully geared person looking some good stuff (besides pkers that killing blusuits lvl 3). We need to get chance (even small) to find good stuff on wasteland to make them crowded,cause now its like who have the biggest gang with hpa wins.Wasteland are still deserted and many players with them.

Yeah with 10 strength and huge recoil of power fist it can make you to fall down and drop your weapon look how its look like in fallout new vegas.

And if you take one burst from avenger at 1 hex you die of course, but you dont so... Irrelevant argument...
yeah and spamming in tank guy wit rfile many times in eyes and dont die, sudden healing your hit points with stimpak,turn base traps etc are SO realistic. Yeah i loled loud about arguments thats it not realistic.

Why? Because it delivers pain or shakes an enemy a bit? Every damage taken does. I don't think this should be a reason to add new effects/change things though.
I think if somone get hit from super sledge in head he could barely stand on his feet dont mention to hold his weapon. Close combat need some buffs everyone know that i just suggest one.
