The ELSW ( it's how i call it, better name it Energy L(aser)ight support weapon Than LSW....)

You loot it on BOS those in PA armors, they don't carry it at first ,you need to engage combat to see if one of them carry one.

This weapon is the rare rifle able to aim like the laser rifle and burst like the gatling laser, yet it's inferior compared to both in their main rĂ´le, this weapon can hardly be called T4 It's tier 3 at best.

First i'll start with my favorites :

 
- Bloody mess : Allow to save time and ammo, snipers do "true" instant kills with this trait. but you die at 0 hp's too

- Bonehead : A very strong anti critical trait if you get a decent luck and a crafted helmet you're a sniper nightmare, care about your groin btw...

- Good natured : If you feel the use to get a companion even without charisma this trait allow you to do so with ease. Can"t use slaves

- Fast shot : With enough luck a crafted pistol with decents stats and enough AP this trait is almost unbalanced but random.

- Loner : If you take this, get 6 intel and 50% science asap for Swift learner : 20% exp bonus but can't get any NPC following ( Slaves/companions...)


Now my least favorites :


- Bruiser : I'm not fan and also not a good Melee maker i can't judge.

- Jinxed : Work very well with In your face perk

- Heavy handed : Same as bruiser, just know it's good to lock down a person on ground

- Finesse : It has potential but i don't use it since 2238. Work well if you aim something else than eyes ( groin...arms...)

Those are actually the "best" ones you could pick depending your build, my mix is often bonehead/Good natured or loner

Take care some trait really don't combine well, like loner and good natured for exemple...kamikaze finesse...:')

Also i took the liberty to writte it even if it was asked to someone else, feel free to post your version

The first is weird i'll pass answering, the second is already existing and there's glow ares ect, no point speaking atm we don't know what's coming soon along with loot drop area, and your last...Did you even played , there's enough solo area that are really rewarding enough did you even did research ?

Gun runner being simply OP reward wise.

The area you get from ranger/junktown scouts yeld so much reward to sell my 475 carry mule struggle to pick up.

Hello, wondering if it's possible to lower the AI windows of time during Tb from like 30 to 5 or 6 without impactin the Player timer. untill a perma fix of stuck npc it seems a viable option. thanks

Since NPC react very quickly and act the same, it's not an issue for them to get such low windows of time

* That kind of issue transform a normal 15 min dungeon into a whole BDSM challenge of 30 minutes killing most of fun and will to play anything TB related in high tiers.

Since it's a buffout component, we could turn this into a cheap "drug" cigs tier based on carry weight, giving you like 10% of your carryweight or a flat 20, might be a good thing for the "newborns" having a lot of crafting in their way.

Sorry i forgot the throwing weapon info

You can reach up to 21 range with nades if you have 5 strenght and heave oh perks i'm really lazy to writte a lot here :')

The cookies are now "healing" on use, i have 500 of those...rotting in tent


By sniper perks i mean sniper's perk, sharpshooter and better criitcal ect

i'd use 1 PE with trhowing build for the synergy with nade, the critters spawn close to each others, a few nades they all die : Play with bloody mess :)

If we knew wich kind of build you're aiming it could be helpfull :D, 1 intel build no longer works if you're a sniper

No implants for now

3 intel required for sniper perks

If you're throwing based your pe is overkill, i'd drop it to 4 or so.

I'd forget quick pockets too if you need to switch throwing weapon there's shortcuts allowing you to throw a nade even if you don't hold any one in your hands.

Better meet in game.

Hi there ! my computer did a recent update and it seems Sandboxie is now "blocked" by my system, i guess i have to wait a official fix for it

But if it happened to you and if you managed to fix it by yourself, feel free to share.
