What are the best video settings for maximum quality?

I am new to this game and have a question. I did search before making this post, but didn't find anything. I was wondering what the best video settings would be for max quality of the game?

Honestly I've never noticed a difference other than changing the resolution. Bigger the resolution, much more clearer it looks.

The game is colored pixels after all.
