TB alert was wrong.

I wanted to farm some NCR Army, and I always do it TB, I walk into the encounter the prompt told me it was TB. But when I start shooting the NCR come at me in RT.

I took em out because I took out the toughest first and hunting rifles aren't tough. But man was that a surprise tried to run at first lol.

I'll update this with screenshots if I see this happen again. For now though I'll just post this.

Could it be someone else  encounter who left it ?

never happened to me in encounter without players
as docan said there could be some player which leaved or something like that, if yes then its already reported
