Is it Just me, or the Laser Rifles Muties has like 50% Critical Chance whenever they shoots?

They always crit Headshot you to death, its annoying.

I've seen a loooooot of Newbs Walking around Clueless on what to do and how to do things, I think we should put ingame Guides like how to attack, how to walk (Lel) and how to do things and stuffs, it's not good to let them figure out by themself.
