About ranged attack rating

My charactor has 8 PE, 3ST and 200 Big gun skill, so according to wiki(http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/wiki/index.php?title=Shooting),when I use avanger minigun and the target is 30 hexes away from me,my attacking rate will be 200(skill)-30+48(from PE)-80(from ST)+20(from weapen perk:Accurate)-120(from ranged)=38%,but when i was in a game, the attacking rate showed is 68%.

It's a bug or wiki is wrong?

skill+pe bonus+acc bonus - missing str - distance

200+48+20- 80-120=68

Oh wait that 30 is probably AC , but you know AC work only when runing?

Yes，so i already -80 attack rating when caculating（ 200(skill)-30+48(from PE)-80(from ST)+20(from weapen perk:Accurate)-120(from ranged)=38%）.

Actually, i do not know where that '-30' comes from. but according to the formula provided by wiki, it's there：http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/wiki/index.php?title=Shooting

Erm first time i see that skill-30. Its some kind of missinformation or dunno but that -30 don't apply anywhere.
And night penalty don't work if i remember correctly

Actually i'm not sure about that wiki page at all. Like it was for Fallout instead fonline.
