you can notice hes also wearing brotherhood armor, who would waste its deterioration for pve, probably he came from new reno in pvp stuff

Checked warehouse, got bored and did mutie quest. Honestly I remembered it being harder...with like 5 people and we struggled against the muties, especially the Gatling
