I've checked that. I spent more than half an hour in Hub. The location didn't appear. Then I went to NCR. I've spent there 2-3 minutes and the location showed up immediately.

Bugs / Lone wanderers blocked an entrance to the building. San Francisco.

So I was scavenging in SF and then found lone wanderers blocking each other in the entrance. Punching didn't work.

Closed bugs / Mansion - Minor Bed Glitch

So everything works fine with Mansion except for one bed on which a character can walk over.
The area of that bed is just not blocked.

Also my scavenging skill stopped at 100% and doesn't go farther. Is that a maximum amount?

I have this also. What is more it seems that for some people the quest doesn't appear after reaching 2 lvl. In my case only leaving NCR activated it. My friend also had to do this. Leaving Hub or other towns didn't activate this quest.

Hello,
There is a problem with some spots for scavenging junk in NCR. I click on one of the spots, my char approaches, but then nothing happens and it doesn't gather junk. There is scavenge on that spots. I've pointed them out on screenshots.
