Energy weapons lacks some nice smaller guns and bursting weapons. So it would be nice to add some...

It can use Small energy cells so those thousands upon thousands of batteries laying around could have a use.

Needs name, description, good falloutish graphics and statistics (not only dmg), then it can be implemented and placed in Hinkley for testing.

I didn't make stats, cause they'll be probably overpowered. But here it is:

Right before The Great War, Wattz Electronics Company was developing new advanced laser weapon, designed for Vehicle Crews and Light Infantry Troops. The weapon passed many tests with positive results and it was ready for mass production.

If mean stats then we need to remember only AR give laser resist.
I think AP usage can be same to P90c
Range same to pistol version for both shot and burst because 35 is like most of pvp burst pvp weapons act on that distance.
Damage 20-35 (laser pistol 20-35)
Burst rounds 20
Mag cap 60
Still it will deal lesser dmg than gatling and will have lower range.
From my calculating it will deal around 70-80 dmg to ca mk2.

I like this one.
However, I would prefer to have it a long range of Magneta-Pistol, and have just a burst of 10 shots like 10mm SMG.
It's a bloody laser, let it be accurate.

This is what I currently use for my plasma pistols, it could also be reworked.
An H&K P22 Laser SMG. Developed during the war for prototype use, designed specifically for the military. Multiple chambers are used to absorb heat and discharge excess power, preventing over-heating and premature detonation.

I still vote for this one, except I'd change it to 35 range because once again - its a laser, its supposed to be accurate and for long ranges, right?
Unless of course this weapon is supposed to be something like Grease Gun/10mm smg instead its Energy instead of Small Guns. In that case I disagree because I don't think EW needs its own small SG which would do 'BZOOM BZOOM' instead of 'RATATATAT PEW PEW PEW'.

Shotguns have recoil and don't spread on burst,
lasers don't have recoil and spread on burst.
I don't get the logic of you people. :P

It is a game and here shotguns doesn't have spread out ;)
Gatlings have. This weapons should deal less dmg than Gatling even if we compare 3x smg burst to 2x Gatling burst

This is good, but there is too much of red colour. Compare it with other fallout guns. Make some recolour. Should be fine then. Also make something with "black" part of it, it doesn't look good.

Why less range than Gatling? Its a bloody Laser, its once again supposed to have long range. I'd go that far to set it on 40 Range so it would be a difference to XL70E3

Mid-tier. Profession Energy 1+bps or Profession Energy 2, but no AWB.

THIS GUY (http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=tJzwyIo4Sx8) made an AR-15 with a shitty ass $20 Harbor Freight router (switch out the hammer and trigger assembly, and an AR-15 becomes an M-16).
I'd save the AWB's for the real heavy gear, like Gatlins and for CA's (and maybe some chems).

do u know how exactly laser works it lose it power by every meter cos its focused light .... in real life the lasers have range maybe 50-60 meters but that was prototypes anyway and i think that one what kilgores chosen looks good (http://rghost.ru/51314015/image.png)

I think that it will be included in the second update from now, along with Laser Support Weapon.
Initially only on Hinkley for testing, and if it's okay then it will be available from vendors and probably crafting.
