First aid kits used to cost 5ap now they are 3 and who uses stimpacks during combat?

Irony is so stale, I'm just going to assume you aren't equiping the tool in your active slot (1) to get the reduction and benefits from using such an item which is the reason why you're seeing these low max condition but please post some screen shots of you repeating this bug. Use imgur to host the screenshot or some other image hosting site.why are you repairing things that clearly don't need to be repaired?Why do people respond before they read?
I like this mod and the little details you've added, however it isn't highlighting footlockers founded on random encounter maps, I am only using this mod and the pure evil black interface, am I missing something?

- Gunpowder and HQ Gunpowder recipe now creates 2 pieces,
- Removed Medic perk from Endless Walkers,
- Few minor fixes.
This medic perk is what keeps these 500 HP superNPC able to heal themselves to full ever 3 seconds?
