There's feature where a guy buys and sells brahmin but it's unused because he never has any for sale

Can he get brahmin auto spawning so he has some for sale?

Optional: Can brahmin get some genetic diversity going so they are each unique in hp? (This man could pay lots of caps for rare high hp brahmin)

Just make him pay more for brahmins with more hp
(You can find them on north part of map i think)
Coz new players selling cows for caps and possibility to buy brahmin fast by richer ones would be great !

That guy shouldn't use player brahmins to sell, but create them like dogs.

He should still buy player brahmins, but unless there's a safe zone around the HUB newbies will lose more trying to sell then gain.
