Just a thought, add whiskey, vodka, different beers (ales, stouts etc) and moonshine brewable on the still.

Then let players decide what to call them, to a create a "brand" and be sellable to NPCs.

Could potentially make a quest around bootlegging and do runs similar to how caravans are in big bulk to different settlements, open to PvP and pve.

Brewing Rotgut is enough, though as an extra it would be interesting to make it at the crafting table. Like if the apples in the still make some other raw component to use at the table.

The issue is in the time to code, and the slight upset in balance by allowing more freedom to make things.

Economics, or new quests involving this is just dumb when mines, and private mines would create ludicrously more wealth and exp for the same amount of time.
