[Sound] Redding

Sometimes when you are idling in Redding, you hear weird short sound. It comes after "music theme", and it sounds like stomping.

Not sure, if that is included to town music.

or its a bitch in high heels doing the same.. ;)

btw im pretty sure it is one of these two possiblities as it was the first thing i was thinking of when hearing that sound :P

Check these acm sounds in your client:
saloon, saloon1, gustwind, laughter, footste1, footstep

All should be in fallout.dat.

Yes these sounds you are referring to are included in the original fallout 2 game.
