Since standart sources of electronic parts (using science on comps) are bugged (they never respawn) can anyone please advice me how to get them any other way. What mobs to farm how high i need science etc...?

Science 125 allows the free Dismantler perk. Check wiki where to get it - look up "Support Perks".

Ok. One variant. but without some electronic parts to craft plazma rifles or gatling lazors how to farm those gatlings? Any other critters with electronic eqipment? The easier the better.

Dunno if enclave is doable alone but you can always buy them from players 1gat gives around 30 parts.

Try Avengers or M60. Bring friends.

Oh also! Find eparts in lockers.

According to my calcullation avanger wont damage Enclave patrol but M60 migt work fine. Thanks for advice. I will make lockpicker for locker hunting in some time also.

no brd? If you have at least mrd, try avenger it’s way better than M60 from one hex.

15 DT is bitch. I dont know how accurate are my calcullations.
I dont doubt that avanger is better against any armor up to combat armour than m60 but 15DT of apa changes a lot.

You can also get some electronic parts by killing NPCs around San Francisco and disassembling their gear. Power fists are quite common there. I also find them in lockers.
Killing enclave is probably more profitable, but I didin't try that yet.

Junkyard
Mariposa
The Glow
Themepark
Vault 15
Waterworks
 San Francisco Mining Site

I hope they respawn ok now, if not - report it (just try it for some time).

el part in bunkers don't respawn,is this also part of a recent bug or is it normal,like flowers in trapper camp etc?

I think it's normal, ppl would just grind all day e parts at bunker :D
