Child Killer

I have Child Killer after killing 1 child. In original you had to kill 3 children for it to influence. Does this influence anything? Thanks

Not sure if Child Killer will be able to speak with children in Klamath to obtain a Light Step support perk.

Light Step is a support perk.
It can be obtained during a conversation with most of the kids that live in Klamath.
