What is the rarest item in Reloaded?

seems like everyone has an HKG11, Alien blaster, bozar, changing clothes robes, all the stuff.

So what is the "rarest" thing??

I also have an elegeant suit and rocks can be found in caves so I guess they are not that rare either. I've never found a hypo so maybe thats rare.

the hpos are a common drop in the caves, i would say gausus ammo

you dont see that ite being sold

HPA, APA, APA MKII - 0.5% spawn chance in TC

but still i would say gauss ammo
