barter system

I don't know if the fonline barter system is the same of fallout2 (i guess it's not), because i think i have some issues with the merchants...
no matter how many itens i put on the barter window, they just don't put a single coin to afford.
P.S.: i have 4% barter skill .

Specific merchant buys specific type of iteams - Ew trader = ew stuff, BG trader = BG stuff

But merchants buy only tier1 or higher, no tier 0.

i think i get it. So...i'm at the beginning, and only have recipes for sw, can you tell me what merchant pays for it? i think i already tried almost everyone at the northeast and northern part of the worldmap. and thanks for replying.

i though it was tier 0 weapons that you can craft at the beginning, but i have just crafted 10 shotguns e sold them with no problem

my issue is i just crafted a bunch of 10mm ap and can't find somewhere to sell it....

Tier 0 is shit tier, something more along the lines of... idk brahmin shit? Merchants even buy deagles and 10mm pistols.
