[Weapon] Rare Rocket Launcher

Some players said they'd like to see another rocket launcher.



I think it could be added as a new rare weapon.
Should be weaker than the rocket launcher, but 1AP faster and have a capacity of 4.

It should be something with capacity of 2 rockets, with little less dmg than rocket launcher, 4 rockets are too much. Players would abuse it in pvp.

4 rockets is too much, I would keep same AP usage as Rocket Launcher have.

What if you add some drawbacks?
Like 8ST requirement and a walking limitation, for example.

It shouldn't be that extreme if it does similar damage to the grenade launcher, which also has a capacity of 3.

I'd say it'd be a bit op... Unless you crippled it somehiw, like movement restrictions or way extra ap to use...

I have an idea...
Ok, so it takes 8 hq alloys, 20 reg alloy, 4 good metal parts, 4 metal parts, 24 gunpowder, and 4  junk +awb and Professions: BG 2 to craft, and once used it's gone... you can only dump it or science it at that point.
