incorrect name?

i'm trying to registration to game
but it keep display "incorrect name. probably too long or short"
any one know how to fix this?

Nickname must be at least 4 characters long. Don't use too many numbers in it.

Same problem here. We have to use the same username/password as in the forum, right? I have at least 4 characters and no numbers in it.

No, you register your character in game. Forum account has nothing to do with it.

I tried several different names with no numbers at all and I'm still stuck in the same place, so maybe there's something that I'm doing wrong. I type the username and password I want at the left top of the screen displayed in the beggining and then I click on registration, fill the stats and skills I want and click again in done. I might look retarded or something but just I can't get further than the "incorrect name. probably too long or short" error.
