Lost my faction

So I just created a faction with my friend, we bought a base.....today I joined Vault City by mistake, and I found that suddenly I lost rights to the base computer....so I made a logical assumption: if I leave vault city faction I'll get back my rights, yes? well no, after that the whole base just quit existing.... I know it's kinda my fault for being a dumbass, but there wasn't any warning regarding that....so my question is, it is possible to get some kind of refund/help in this kind of situation (despite my lack of brain) or do I just have to grind again?

Edit: sorry for that, it was stronger than me. Your base can still exist if your friend is in it still. Try to catch him on radio or so, and tell him to invite you into faction. Depends on who was the leader too. Otherwise grinding new base isn't too hard. Good luck.

Thanks, I just rebought it the same day....good thing you only need 300 materials and not 3000, else it'd be a real pain
