Character builds / Full PvE focus character

Im looking for the best possible PvE build, so far this is what Im playing right now:

S:5
P:8
E:10
C:1
I:5
A:10
L:1

Traits:
Fast Shot - For bursting from LSW
Good Natured - For Companion, very usefull on PvE

Skills:
Big Guns, Lockpicking, Outdoor

Perks:
3 - Adrenaline Rush
6 - Toughness
9 - Even Tougher
12, 15, 18 - Lifegiver
21 - Bonus Rate of Attack
24 - Man Of Steel

Im playing mostly solo, was thinking about some crits, but Tank seems do be totally perfect on any PvE activity. Is there something better?

Why these creatures (I dont know if theres more of them) can do 2, sometimes even 3 turns at once? 2 Turns happen literally every single time, at they first turn. Whats the point of that?

Game Help / achievement book rollbacked

Like in thread, i creater new character, use Achievement Book, and there was a rollback, my new character have level 1 and my previous character, I deleted to get book don't exist anymore, so no char and no book. Can i get it back somehow?

I think open PvP (PK) should be literally disabled, since it didn't give you literally anything (No exp, no drop), and the only one purpose of it is waste other players time, without having any benefits from it? Definition of griefing. Fix this pointless mechanic, or delete it from the game IMO.

Is there any quests in the Enclave Faction in this season? I have only a repeatable dialog with that Commander Payne about selling out Vault, thats all. Anything u can actually do in Enclave?

How critical hits works with burst attacks? Is it worth to go 10 luck and crit perks when I mostly play Small Guns, and burst? Or just ignore it and 1 luck build?

What locations of this Taletale NPC u know?
In Gun Runners theres one near entrance, with 30 level quest
In Adytum theres one almost in the middle on town with 9 level quest

I think they are repetable too.


Junktown
- 45 level Dog fight, 7000xp from killing him and 25000xp after turning quest. He was super easy to kill in TB mode, very high crit chance tho
Loot: Ripper / 90 Small Energy Cells / 150 Micro fusion Cells / Incinerator / Cute little Puppet / 4 Cookies (Nice <3) / 6 Gold Tooth's / 6 barley / 5 Flamethrower Fuel

Telltales are bunch of quests where u are killing mini bosses/stronger version of enemies. This quests are repetable and u can get a loot of exp and caps from them. U need talk to Telltale NPC in cities. U also get some loot after returning quest, i think it may be random what u get.


Junktown

- 30 level Centaur fight (The Devourer of Souls) 4000xp from killing it, and 16000 after turning quest. Very easy fight.
Loot: 9K caps / Tool / Metal Armor / doctor bag / 5 Buffout / 2 Uranium Ore

New Adytum
- 9 level Human fight (Tyrate), 750xp from killing her, 4500xp after turning quest. She have Incinerator, so better be careful.
Loot: 2500 caps / Spectacles / Flamer / 65 Flamer Fuel

The Library
- 15 level Human (The Fallen), he wield m60, and i get killed by him, so I dont know anything about XP/Loot.

- 40 level Alien (The Desert King) 6000xp from killing him, 20000xp when turning quest in.
Loot: 12000 caps / Mirrored Shades / 10mm SMG / 120 JHP and 30 AP 10MM ammo / 5x Mentants / One high quality Iron Ore

- 18 level Human (Fallen Illuminatus) 1600xp from killing him, 10000xp when turning quest in.

Polskie Pustkowia / Brak Dropu, co o tym myślicie?

Dziwi mnie że tak masywna zmiana przeszła w ogóle bez echa, przecież full loot i PK to była nieodłącza część FOnline od zawsze, a teraz została usunięta. Jakie macie o tym opinie? W harde PvP nigdy sie nie bawiłem, i zawsze grałem na czilku, ale jednak boli brak tego dreszczyku i adrealiny. Obecnie nie ma co sie bac smierci, ba, czasami nawet warto zdechnąć specjalnie, te parenascie procent z pancerza i broni to nic. Jaka jest wasza opinia?

So yeah, i get something like that from Caravan Master when i wanna do a Job

I have 12 level, and i was able to take all caravan jobs before, now i have this in everysingle one. Why this is happening?

Game Help / The Ridgecrest Hotel

Whats going on in this place? I get this place location from the Lone Wanderer on the wasteland. At the first, everything was looking normal, but soon i realize something... weird? So the enemies in this place keep respawning all the time. And i mean, like keep ressurecting, arise from the dead right in front of ur eyes, preety creepy and fucked up. Is this a bug, or some another, weird, game mechanic? Its impossible to do anything in this place, at least in turn based mode, because enemies keep rising from the dead after like, 2 minuts. Normal Trappers and Bandits.
