I highly doubt that.

It's most likely the server just crashed randomly. Kilgore has to reboot it up again.

The server crashed.

I changed worldsave time to happen every 5 minutes instead of 30 to decrease rollbacks if it crashes again.

Please do not make character rerolls until it's fully stable again or your character and achievement book will be in trouble.
