It's probably best to limit the gap between RT and TB charecters. So my suggestion is simple.

Upgrade to Bonus move perk for Real-Time combat: +8% movement speed With/without gun in hand.

Thoughts? It'd bring a new kind of PvP class to the game.

No-no, it's quite good as a perk. It's a very unique one, unlike all other ugly perks that are required for making weapons at a stable balance.

But giving it +8% movement speed would make it a perk that is useful but not OP.

It would limit someones starting perk from: Adreinaline rush / +8% movement speed / +5 crit chance

Seems balanced to me.

Because 5 is too low, and 15 is too much.

pistols, meelee and throwing - normal speed
smg and assault rifle - minus 4%
all big guns animations - minus 8%

now bonus move is useless for pvp character because almost all fights are in RT

and that could work with sneakers and hth

I feel bonus move may be better as a support perk, if this was implemented. I know I certainly would be highly hesitant to take it as a level perk.

Perhaps needing of a 9 in agility to take. Maybe in Klamath or in NCR. Would be commonly grabbed, not a huge advantage. At the same time, it'd bring out redundancy since there'd be no advantage for anyone other than speed boost.

Also, it'd free up a perk for TBers, which is debatable if that's a good thing.

I'm on the fence, redundant, but wouldn't really be opposed to it as a support perk. Level perk, since I'm an RT player, I wouldn't want to grab it. I'd want to use that perk slot for other perks.

However, I also like the idea of moving a bit faster.

For TB players, absolutely. Hence why i said it's debatable as it would free up slots for them. I know from my Fallout history that I took Bonus move the moment it became available.

Well leaving a perk that only works for Turnbased is not a good idea.

The suggestion allows this perk to be just as good in Real-time as it is in Turn-based. The movement speed would barely be even noticable. Surely not at all more noticable as Adreinaline rush or More critical.

Btw is it just me or does everyone in this community disagree with every single suggestion posted? 80% of the stuff Kilgore added in the changelog u guys would also disagree with lol.

Yup, you're not wrong. Most people here disagree quiet often. Back to the subject, +1 from me. Finally this perk gonna be usefull in both TB and RT.
someone mentioned making it support perk, not bad idea but you need to nerf it to +1 ap on move and +5% in that option.

Little off-top but for me quick pockets would be more valuable and less game braking as support perk than this. What do you think guys ?
