Title: Sneak and metal armors

It was told that sneak is disabled for metal armors. I can still use sneak when using Metal Armor or Metal Armor MKII.

When using Combat Armors, If I remember correctly it does show text that cannot sneak.

You can use sneak with almost any armor, even with CA but it doesnt have effect. Its not bug.
