Not sure of this really is a bug, but when I bought Doctor 2,
instead of the super stimpak option which I should have started with (according to wiki) I got rad-x.

Do you start with one random blueprnt already added?

Not sure about this, maybe Doctor profession will choose random drug between those two you will start with.
