In 1998, Fallout 2 is released. This too was a stand-alone game, where the grand daughter of the Vault Dweller is sent to recover a part necessary for the survival of Arroyo...

Bullshit. It wasn't woman. It was Narg.

Heres more Fallout History.

The day KG started to hate Para.

A bunch of people standing in hub, Kilgore appears with a bald power armor character holding a "Plasma Torch".

Everyone: "Neat", "Nice".
Para:"*Shocked* Oh wtf and I thought all this time, this would be a flamer with plasma attack :("

Amirite ? LOL

Fallout 76 is a hack and slay game, might add to your fancy list (whats with that weight explantion at the end lol!) and people have weapons dealing 30k dmg and the likes (https://i.imgur.com/OXCmFj8.png).

But what's riding me, I shouldn't discuss here. BUT I am not Para anyway so.

Kurwa all wrong. In 2008, Cvet and rotators released first real FOnline called "Fallout 2 Factions Mod" was available for download on NMA. Then from that mod and sdk, TLA was borned, then rotators took more initiative and turned Factions mod to "FO 2238" and rest is history.
