I never found out how to do it  .
Now I want to know

You need to add some line somewhere in the bindings,look into changelogs i bet its somewhere there.

FOnline2238.cfg Changes

New entries inside [Bindings] section: Can now Hotkey these actions.
ScienceAtHex - dismantles items on current hex (up to 100 items); disabled in towns;

So yeah, stand on items you want to science, press keybind and there you go

open file in your game folder called "fonline2238.cfg"
in hotkeys section add line "ScienceAtHex=hotkey"
without " and instead of hotkey put your hotkey which you want to use

Mika, yes you can, I have bind for this like "ScienceAtHex=Ctrl M"

ScienceAtHex=Alt Ctrl 7
will be alt+ctrl+7
