Wearable Necklaces.
Dog tags (Will have your named etched upon DEATH)

No Bonuses nor change in appearance.
You won't even notice unless you've got awareness.

Why? It'd be Fun.

I got another worhless idea:

,,Players dog tags" (like NCR army and enclave have but with your nick). You go to NPC and pay 100 caps for one dog tag with your nick. Option of buying 10,20,50,100 tags.

You can wear them if you want or not. Some players might collect them from dead as trophy. Say for sure that will never be a event with dog tags because it exploitable

Or maybe PVP stats (kills, deaths, crippled limbs, knockouts, critical hits, succeded TCs, failed TCs, exploded corpes, ratios...) in pipboy?
