As we all know, pvp on the server is tottaly dead and everyone is bored.
There is nothing to do except Town Control.
My suggestion is to make players visible on WM and make easy to encounter them (without levels restriction).
It can revive small scale pvp and make a sense to play for not-well organised factions and lones.
There's a poll, im waiting for your opinions.
