Suggestions / Craft Safehouse

I think it would make sense to add the safehouse to crafting options.
Requirement should be 100 repair and materials 50 wood, 10 junk, 10 fibers 2 tools and a wrench.
It could either be an upgrade option for tents or a seperate item like the folded tent.

It would be more beginner friendly as many players dont use the forum and wiki.

Suggestions / Melee Perks

I really liked NailBrains idea of melee perks that require a melee trait, so here's his idea as a proper suggestion.



Primitive Brute (Trait)

+1 ST, +1 EN, +5 melee damage, can't use small guns, big guns or energy weapons




Bruitish Hulk (Perk)

+20 HP

Requirements: Level 12, Endurance 8, Primitive Brute




Die Hard (Perk)

+10% damage resistance if HP get below 20%

Requirements: Level 9, Endurance 8, Primitive Brute




Tough Hide (Perk)

+5% normal damage resistance

Requirements: Level 9, Endurance 8, Primitive Brute




Hide of Scars (Perk)

+10% normal damage resistance

Requirements: Level 12, Endurance 10, Tough Hide, Primitive Brute




Paralyzing Palm (Perk)

Each successful attack lowers the target's current AP by 1.

Requirements: Level 18, Agility 8, Close Combat 180, Primitive Brute




Unstoppable Force (Perk)

25% chance to cause double damage.

Requirements: Level 18, Strength 8, Close Combat 180, Primitive Brute

General Game Discussion / To alt or not to alt

Many suggestions are shot down because "they would encourage alting" but is this really a viable reason?

Personally I don't really see the problem if they're all real characters.

I'm perfectly aware of the fact that many people use alts for convenience or exploitation of features or bugs.
Be it Companionguy, Slaveguy, Muleguy, Minerguy, Scoutguy or Lootguy ...

But where is the problem if I've got a melee char, a sneaker char and small/big/energy guns chars?
They're (hopefully) all viable PvP or PvE characters and they're not used to exploit anything.
Playing characters with different playstyles is fun and sometimes challenging.

So what's your opinion on alts?

Closed bugs / Hub npc killing frenzy

Something causes npcs in the Hub entrance to start killing each other sometimes when someone causes them to attack.
I'm pretty sure the new caravan master is at fault as everytime I've seen this happen he was somehow involved.

Maybe it has something to do with faction affiliation settings
since those npcs belong to different npc factions,
such as Far Go Traders and Hub Citizens.

Might not seem like a big deal since they respawn,
but sometimes newbs get killed in the crossfire.

The Sharpshooter perk should have a PE requirement of 6 or more
so you can't take it with 1 PE to bypass PE penalties from drugs.

I think tanks need a nerf.
You only need to look at the HP of any pvp build to see why.

I'm not really sure how though.
Maybe invert Lifegivers from 20-30-40 to 40-30-20,
so non-tanks profit a little more from only taking one.

Also I think Even Tougher should require Toughness,
so tanks can't just skip Toughness to take Stonewall instead.

Health regen and drug addiction timers freeze when you log out.
Before they continued so when you logged in later you were addiction free and/or at full health.

Since the Hub is the only starting zone now, I'd consider moving the barterground there.
That way we'd still have a safe zone for trading and conversations, when PvP is turned back on after the Wipe.

It would certainly be visited more and player trading would be much more common and convenient.
